Introduction: Thank you for considering me for all your pet care needs!! My two (2) companies: 🐾 Content Companion Pet Care and 🐾 Purrs of Contentment Offer various types of care for your pets. I pride myself on the care I give to all my clients. I've been working with animals for over 30 years and have been rescuing for over 20 years. Unlike most pet sitting companies I'm a bit different, I offer basic training while walking or caring for your pet other services include nail clipping, baths and behavior training. I specialize in puppy training with basic skills and commands that I also include short videos to the owners to continue the training. Most of these commands and cues are crucial to early stages of a puppys life not just to listen properly but could save them from injuring themselves or eating the wrong things that could get them sick/ill. I am also a certified Cat Behaviourist (1 of 2 in the area that is "certified") I am certified in Pet CPR and fully Insured and Bonded. Karin has been my petsitter for several years. When she first started petsitting for me I had 6 dogs that needed to be separated into 3 grps. She met with me well in advance and made sure she knew the routine and was comfortable with handling all the dogs(they loved her immediately). She spends quality time with each dog and she even took it upon herself to work on training with one of my fosters recently. She even sends pictures after each visit. She’s trustworthy and I never worry about my dogs when I have to be away.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is equal/lower than most Other Pet Sitting Companies (OPSC) in my area. I don't charge last minute fees, cancelations & no holiday fees (OPSC do) My goal is to give my clients pets the best loving care and Owners trustworthy and "worry free" pet care.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Certified in Pet CPR, Cat Behaiour and "basic" dog training and was given training by my old Vet in medication dispensing, injections, blood draws etc
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a love for animals since I got my first kitten at the age of 5 and I have worked with and around them in various jobs all my life. I have always had a natural connection with animals and many owners have told me that I have been able to connect with their pets where many sitters can not. Even some Owners say this includes them sometimes. Which just makes me happier and prouder to continue with my work.
