- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our law firm has three types of fee structures: flat fees, contingency fees and an hourly rate. Depending on the specific details of a case, we will provide a potential client with a fee agreement and offer of representation containing one of these fee structures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attorneys within the state of Pennsylvania are required to stay in compliance with Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits in order to maintain their license to practice.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Shop around. Depending on your specific legal issue, you may be dealing with your lawyer for months or even years. You need to make sure that you retain an attorney and law firm who you feel comfortable with and can reach easily if you have questions or concerns throughout the legal process.
