No response, told me to call office on the app and then never responded. Got services through another lawyer.

Hi Joe, I looked back through our messages here on Thumbtack. I had asked you to call my office on a certain date (nearly 6 weeks ago) and provided my number; you did not respond on the app. I've searched through my phone messages, but they do not show a missed or unreturned call from you. You also never stated whether or not you attempted to contact me more than once, and I don't know whether you did or not because I don't have any messages from my office showing that you called. Looking at your request profile, it shows that multiple attorneys contacted you. Maybe you called another one of them instead of me? If you did attempt to call, I apologize for not receiving the message. If you didn't call, then there was nothing more I could do. I believe that giving someone a 1-star review after never having had any communication with that person is unreasonable and unwarranted. I am glad that even though we weren't able to connect, you were able to obtain services through another attorney. All the best of luck to you in the future.
