- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge $95.00 an hour plus the costs of any parts needed for repairs. Some jobs may require an estimate meeting. This would be for bigger projects (Duct Work, furnace and A/C installations, and other projects.).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to go over what we feel is needed for any of our customers' needs. We will give a detailed explanation on anything we are working on. This way you will know what it is that needs repaired and the expected costs will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of experience in HVAC.
