My repairman was very knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it promptly. My furnace had been down for three weeks and the temperature had dropped below freezing for the past couple of days, so I was very anxious to have my furnace repaired before my pipes froze. I wasn’t sure I could find someone that could come the same day because winter is their very busy season, but it was no problem with Jacob Heating & Cooling. Great results, I would definitely recommend their work.

Contacted Jacob and he was able to squeeze me in for the next day. Tech came within the said time and the tech called to let me know that he is e route. Tech found the missing connection and added the c wire to the main power. Nest learnig. Thermostat charges directly and does not depend on built in battery(which only lasts a few hours and need charged frequently). I recommend Jacob and will call him for future work
