They diagnosed my original problem but warned of a more costly issue that could arise in the future ear future. Once we talked through that issue and it was thoroughly explained, we opted for a new furnace. It took a while for the furnace to come in, but the work was done professionally and efficiently! They arrived when they said they would and completed the job as described. I would definitely hire them again.
