Responded so quickly I hadn’t even put my phone down from my initial request! That was around 6 and my issue was resolved by 7:30. Appreciated the quick response and ability to get in so quickly to fix a furnace that wasn’t blowing hot air when it’s 30 degrees out.

Easily one of the best experiences I've had across any trade and will be my go to for any future needs. Our furnace has been out for three days. The bigger name HVAC company we usually call needed 4-5 days to order a replacement part. Figured I'd try thumbtack. Raymond messaged and called me almost immediately, was able to come straight to my house, and had the circuit board we needed. I'm sure it's not always feasible, but being up and running again within 1.5 hours, on a Sunday no less, is outstanding service. Repair cost was fair and lower than the other estimate. I also asked about a future replacement, and got totally reasonable ballpark numbers (*significantly* less than the other guy's insane pitch) with zero pressure to move forward, which I really appreciate. 11/10, never calling anyone else. Thank you!!

Raymond from ArmorArch HVACR saved my week. Our central air went out due to an overloaded circuit breaker and antiquated furnace system. Not only did he get out to our house same day, but he was thorough in his inspection of our entire system. Our central air was restored after his visit and we haven’t had any issues since. He also gave maintenance recommendations for our HVAC system overall and told us he would help us in the replacement of our very old thermostat. I will be calling him again in the future! You won’t be disappointed if you choose him to service your HVAC system.
