Raymond was fantastic. He made sure our AC unit was fully fixed and running smoothly. Unlike a previous technician, he honestly told us our bottom unit was working fine and didn’t need repairs. He even did maintenance, replaced capacitors and stayed extra to make sure everything was perfect. Very happy with his service!

Easily one of the best experiences I've had across any trade and will be my go to for any future needs. Our furnace has been out for three days. The bigger name HVAC company we usually call needed 4-5 days to order a replacement part. Figured I'd try thumbtack. Raymond messaged and called me almost immediately, was able to come straight to my house, and had the circuit board we needed. I'm sure it's not always feasible, but being up and running again within 1.5 hours, on a Sunday no less, is outstanding service. Repair cost was fair and lower than the other estimate. I also asked about a future replacement, and got totally reasonable ballpark numbers (*significantly* less than the other guy's insane pitch) with zero pressure to move forward, which I really appreciate. 11/10, never calling anyone else. Thank you!!
