I wanted to make sure that my review is one of substance and that I tested my tankless water heater before I wrote it. Last year when I bought my house the hot water heater tank stopped working. Further down in the year I was without hot water came on here and found Raymond. He came did his assessment told me what I needed, walked me through the process making sure I got the right products. Then came the following week and did the installation. To date my tankless water heater is working effectively and efficiently. Raymond I may seem late, but I believe I am right on time thank you.

Raymond was fantastic. He made sure our AC unit was fully fixed and running smoothly. Unlike a previous technician, he honestly told us our bottom unit was working fine and didn’t need repairs. He even did maintenance, replaced capacitors and stayed extra to make sure everything was perfect. Very happy with his service!
