Two Registered technicians came to my house to fix the furnace. Both misdiagnosed the problem. Derek took about an hour or more to meticulously examine the furnace. He explained to me in detail what the problem was and I completely understood. I realized the 15 yr old furnace needed replaced. Derek and his team replaced the furnace and also at no extra charge installed two more vents and a few other things that he didn’t have to do. He was professional and there was a kind, honest spirit about him. He was definitely raised right.😇 The cost was extremely reasonable and I have already recommended him to two other people.

The owner and the employees went above and beyond to assist me in the dead of winter last Jan. They came out more than once to diagnose my problem and the next day installed a brand new furnace. Amazing prices and amazing service. I was at ease in their care.
