FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The listed prices are estimates - each case is priced individually. However, I offer very competitive rates - often based on a person's income. Additionally, for injury or employment cases, I usually do those cases on a contingency. That means there is no fee unless we get a monetary recovery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do a 10-15 minute phone interview. If it feels like a good match, we set up an in-person or virtual consultation. After that, I hope to get hired on the case so I can begin working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a juris doctor, law degree. Also an undergraduate degree. I have worked for two different private law firms (excluding my own firm) and even worked in public service during law school. Also, I served in the United States Air Force for four years with an honorable discharge after my service term was up. I am a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne Law School.
