- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since "getting out of there" in a hurry is not a priority, and since I tend to give customers a fixed price before starting, my price per hour is not "that great" (for me). My focus is about looking at my work after it is done and being able to say "Great!"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen on the phone or text, then visit the place and then do the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a master electrician with many years of experience. I love working with electricity. After so many years, it is still "magic" to me.
