Introduction: I am a licensed Pennsylvanian attorney practicing in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I concentrate my practice in the areas of probate, estate planning, and elder law. My approach to practicing law is based on a very simple philosophy: every person is important. I believe that practicing law is about more than statutes and rules. Practicing law is about respect. Even if you are not my client, I believe that all people add to society and deserve respect; therefore, I believe that you are important. I earned my law degree from Baylor University School of Law in Waco, Texas in 2006. That same year, I was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania. Since that time, I have been admitted to practice before both the US Tax Court and the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. In addition, I am a VA accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs. In addition to transactional experience drafting estate planning and elder law documents, I have experience litigating probate and elder law issues in Orphans' Court.
