Introduction: Fully insured with Background check completed.. Now is the time to : Restore old wood windows, so they last another 100 years! Restore decks and porches to their former historic glory! Restore and preserve wood doors and wood floors. I started selling and installing windows in the 1980's, have remodeled 5 homes, and I continue to add to my skill base with every new project. I have a full workshop in my basement, so I can custom make solutions.... I am typically booked out 2 months.

David remodeled my bathroom and I couldn't be happier. He is the type of contractor who has to do it right and believe me, there was a lot that wasn't done right once the walls and floor were ripped out. He replaced numerous joists that were rotted and went to great lengths to make sure the structure was sound before tackling the cosmetics. David also has a great design sense and was able to help with selecting tile, grout, vanity and lighting. I highly recommend his work. Good, professional contractors and handypeople are hard to come by but you can trust that David is one of them. Hire him and keep him on retainer :) I am!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are pretty simple. $75 if I travel and it takes an hour or less. $55 dollars an hour otherwise. Free quotes are available. if you feel your project may take more than a day...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to either look at the job or get a full detail, including pictures. Every remodeling project is different and a lot can go sideways. I always make sure to understand what a successful job looks like to the home owner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on experience for almost 30 years. Once you can fix things, people pass your number around!
