Introduction: My mission" is to always have 100% customer satisfaction that starts from the initial phone call to many years after the project is completed. If a customer is not 100% satisfied with any portion of their job, it takes one phone call and Gillott Contracting will address the problem in a timely manner. Gillott Contracting has set their standards much higher than most of our competitors; therefore, our prices are not normally the lowest, but are very competitive when compared to other companies that are doing an equal amount of preperation and painting on a project. When you acquire estimates from several companies, prices will fluctuate sometimes by hundreds if not thousands of dollars. This is due to the amount of time spent on preparation, painting and the cost of material. If our price is too high, read the other contracts in detail and you will see the difference! We believe quality is remembered long after costs are forgotten. Our preparation pays off in the long run, due to our jobs outlasting the competition by 30-50%. This has been proven over and over on many exterior jobs. On interior jobs are superb and all smooth plaster and drywall walls are always sanded prior to paint being applied. Our cut in lines are very straight. Your floors, furniture and personal belongings are free from any paint splatters or drips. Your floors are swept prior to your large furniture being moved back into place, and many other important details that make a big difference. These are a few examples that make our standards much higher than industry standards.
