I didn't actually use 24/7 Pro Locksmith but he was lower cost & responsive and professional in all of his replies on TT. I decided to use Batteries Plus since they offered a scratch&dent Fob key for just a little more than 24/7's cost for a plain key.

I needed a front door lock replaced for a 125 year old home. Robert said take 30 minutes. This project took 2 people and 2 days and much damage was done to my door and the frame. Cost was $275.00 and now I will have more expense and need someone to do repairs around the doorframe and lock and repaint and door that was just painted. Robert promised no painting will be needed. This job was out of their scope of ability and I regret using this contractor for my job.
