Our rates are competitive for the Pittsburgh area, and we always provide a clear quote before starting work. Emergency services may have an after-hours fee, but we’ll always let you know upfront. We also offer discounts for seniors, first responders, and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it simple: you call or text us, tell us what you need, and we give you a quick quote and ETA. Once approved, our mobile locksmith comes to you, completes the job, and makes sure everything works perfectly before leaving. We aim to be quick, clear, and professional from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve trained under experienced locksmiths and have hands-on knowledge of residential, commercial, and automotive lock systems. We're continuously learning new lock technologies like smart locks and high-security setups to stay ahead in the field.
