He was a lot of help finding a front door lock set which would fit our ninety year old door. Also was willing to come out the day the lock order came in.

Had to change all the locks on our small coffee shop after an employee quit on bad terms. Horizon Locksmith came in on a Sunday, rekeyed the front and back doors, and even did the office lock. The guy was
super laid back and didn't rush even though I kept asking dumb questions. My barista said 'finally someone who knows what they're doing.' Affordable too.

I had an excellent experience with them! They were prompt, professional, and courteous from start to finish. The technician arrived right on time, quickly assessed the situation, and installed a brand-new lock with expert precision. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were—explaining the different options and helping me choose the one that best suited my needs and security level.

The installation was smooth and efficient, and they left no mess behind, which I really appreciated. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I now feel much safer and more secure in my home, thanks to their top-notch service.

Highly recommend to anyone needing lock services—these folks truly go above and beyond.
