- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for notarizations are dictated by the state, but as notaries we are allowed to charge administration fees for time and travel and my fees are very reasonable. In my capacity as a loan signing agent, my fees depend on the type iclosing I'm handling, travel and time (please contact me for these details).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to connect initially via phone to set up our appointment. I try to make sure that I know exactly where I'm meeting my client so that they do not have to worry about getting in their car and traveling to me. We can always meet at their home or at a location they feel comfortable with. In any event, I will always travel to them.
