Mike's Notary Service is a mobile notary service that can travel up to 65 miles. I am available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I am able to travel to nursing facilities, hospitals, coffee shops, or any other locations that is convenient for your needs. Just a quick call, and I can schedule a time to meet with you. I provide professional, courteous, and reliable notary and loan signing services. Notary services I can provide include the following: * Title Services * Plate Transfers (I do not issue plates at this time) * Registration Renewal * Power of Attorney * Personal Legal Documents * Wills and Trusts * Guardianship * Health Care Directives * Sworn Oaths * All other documents allowed by Pennsylvania law My fees are as follows: * All fees are due at time of notarization services * 6% surcharge will be charged for all credit card transactions * Personal checks (Note: A $35.00 return check fee will be added for any return check) * $25.00 fee will be charged for failure to notarize due to signer not presenting acceptable forms of ID/documents/situations where signer is not in a position to sign the documents * For loan signings, please call for a quote My qualifications are the following: * Certified Loan Signing Agent * Background Checked by NNA * Bonded and Insured * DSL High Speed Internet * E-docs * Dual Tray Laser Printer * Dual Tray Color Printer My checklist includes the following: * Do not sign document until you are in the presence of the notary * Completely fill in all blank spaces in the document before notary arrives (but do not sign) * The notary cannot notarize incomplete documents * The notary is unable to provide legal advise or assistance in the drafting and/or completion of documents * Every signer must physically appear, be coherent and able to present acceptable ID at the time of notarization * Original documents must be presented Documents I cannot notarize include the following: * Vital certificates: Birth, marriage, death, and divorce * Photographs * Faxed or copied signatures * Incomplete documents * Signer not present * Improper ID To contact my company to set up an appointment, please call.
