Miles was great. I have been trying for years to get a handicap placard for elderly family member in Pittsburgh even though I live now n California. Everything came together on this trip. Got signed paperwork from Drs. And Miles was able to accommodate our schedule before I go home to notarize documents. 🤞🏻that PennDot approves everything after I return to the west coast.
