FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a trainer with whom you feel comfortable. "No pain, no gain" isn't practical. We want you to come back for your next session. Trust us to motivate and share our knowledge. If we do our jobs correctly an well enough, you'll be working out on your own regularly in six months.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Many trainers became trainers because we dealt with weight or health issues on our own. I want to show clients that I am just a guy who worked hard to be better than I was. Anyone can do it, with patience and faith.
