I worked with Carrie for professional head shots and would absolutely do so again! She's very responsive, friendly, and professional. She also made sure I was happy with the shots before I left (i.e. she took her time with re-takes rather than rushing me out). Also she has a home studio, which is very convenient.
The end results were great! I look like a better version of myself. I highly recommend Carrie!

Carrie did a really good job with my daughter’s graduation pictures. Though it was a really chilly spring afternoon, she worked with her really patiently covering all the UPitt landmarks and foliage around the area. The end result was also very awesome ! I would definitely hire her in the future!

My pricing varies according to the job, the location, and hours needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, I like to meet with them or discuss via phone to go over wants, needs, details, etc. of the job that they are requesting. After ironing out details, location, fees, and paperwork, I like to touch base again prior to in case of any last minute changes etc. Sometimes people change their minds about certain aspects of the job etc. After completion of the job, I usually give a time frame of when to expect the finished product. After completed and photos are delivered, I like to hear feedback,and often request feedback on the website if possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Bachelor's Degree, 15 years of managerial experience, and I take my work very seriously to provide the best service as possible
