I didn't end up doing any work with these guys due to me deciding to do the work myself after already reaching out for a quote. However, the owner of the company reached out personally in a very timely manor. And instead of being frustrated with me, having decided to DIY the project, he stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes, giving me tips and advice on how I should do the work. I could tell was genuinely a nice guy and I will definitely reach out in the future if I need any work done and will be recommending him to any friends or family doing bathroom updates.
