- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Pricing relates to the complexity of the return. For example, a simple return with one W2, no itemizing and one state return is priced less than a return with itemizing or multiple states. Please ask us for a quote for your situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can take your documents in any manner you are comfortable: for example email, fax, Google Docs, Dropbox or snail mail. And a phone call to get sensitive information that you don't want to send that way. We will want to see a copy of last year's return, and need all of the current documents. We are easy - We will take information from you in whatever manner your are comfortable.
