What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer both flat fee billing and hourly billing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new client starts with a phone call with me, so that I can get an understanding of the legal issue(s) involved. In most cases I will meet with the client to discuss further planning strategies and answer any questions the client has.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Philosophy from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and a Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law. I am licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
