- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different, so the prices tend to vary. We are in the mid-range pricing, but for the quality of work, reputation, and thoroughness we typically win the bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Connect and meet with the customer, take notes/ pictures and take into account the desired results of the project, send a quote to the customer and opportunity to schedule, sign the contract, communicate throughout, get reviewed, and follow up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with a home improvement company as their lead landscaping contractor, and studied some in college.
