What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are discounted from bigger firms. I have low overhead and save my customers money by not having a big office or company car. It is quality work (it is guys like my that do the work for the big guys) but at a lower price so small business can afford it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a phone or face to face meeting, I get the parameters and feel for the company and the job, spec out a sample to get approved and then produce the finished piece.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an art, advertising and computer background with a BA degree from a PA State University. I have also taught these subjects for many years in the Philadelphia area.
