With my experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper and Accountant, I can take your financial information remotely, enter it in an accounting program, produce financial statements, handle payroll, reporting, etc.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For bookkeeping services I use a matrix using your transactions per month and the number of bank/credit card statements you have. My fees start at $200 per month. Tax preparation starts at $100 for a 1040 and $150 for a schedule C.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss with them the project over the phone to get all the details. Then I put together a proposal based on our discussion.

I have 25 years of accounting experience before starting my own business.
