What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our pricing is primarily fixed rate, when we quote how long a project will take, we won't charge extra for that project. only time we change the total amount is when we find the project isn't what is expected, at which point a new quote will be given. as always, if we can't fix it, we won't charge.
