Introduction: My work stands out from others because it is not just a "one size fits all" approach. Everyone is different and everyone has different needs and goals in mind. My workouts are always varying and catering to the individuals strengths, weaknesses, goals, and imbalances based on their assessment.
I strive and do whatever it takes to help clients reach their fitness goals whether it be weight loss, general health, strength, speed, explosive power, balance or coordination. I have worked with all types of people in the five years I have been a personal trainer from age 8 through 70.
My work stands out because I work with all types of people and have experience working with a lot of different situations. From beginner to college athlete the elderly I have the knowledge to adapt different types of exercises to suit each person on an individual bases.
I enjoy assisting others in reaching their fitness goals whether it be weight loss or making the varsity team or becoming more functional in their everyday life. I like to see clients learn new things in the fitness world that can help them life long.
