FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Halter Landscaping our customers are the center focus of all that we do. We aren't salesmen, we are servicemen to our community. A Typical process for working with our new customers is broken down into a simple four step process controlled by our client. The first step is typically a basic phone call getting to know our customer, the concerns they have and discovering what our company can offer them and determining if we are the best fit for each customers individual case. Secondly, we typically like to schedule an in-person walk-through estimate in which we can gauge what exactly needs to be done and what it will take to do the job correctly. Third, after our walk through, within 24-48 hours our customer will receive a written, personal estimate detailing exactly what Halter Landscaping intends to do to reach our customers goals and at what cost. Finally, the fourth step, if the customer agrees to the cost and conditions of the work required, Halter Landscaping will meet a second time with our new customer to meet and sign the contract for work, select a date and time that works with both parties, and collect the first payment if necessary. Halter Landscaping understands that there are many competitors in our field and strives greatly to earn the business of our new customers. We stand by our work and would love to speak with you soon.
