Some situations that may call for a Mobile Notary are; a client being unable to leave the facility in which they reside, being bedridden, a client being unable to drive, or being unable to have all parties involved together at once. A client must be able to rely on a Notary to be compassionate and understanding of these situations, as well as trustworthy and on time. Time management is of the utmost importance as some documents must be completed within a certain time frame or immediately, as well, people have jobs and families, kids have sporting events and practices, and everyone is busy living their lives. There is never enough time in a day to get it all done.
In many cases, the documents needing to be signed are very personal, and private, and can be sensitive and emotional for the client and the parties involved. A Notary must have respect for the client's privacy. A Notary is not required to read the documents, we are there to witness the signatures and make the document legal. The client's private documents will stay just that, private.
As a Mobile Notary, I will travel to your preferred location, wherever you feel most comfortable. My fees are reasonable and I will do my best to accommodate your requests. I am professional and will be respectful of your privacy. If I feel I am not able to fulfill your request, I will not waste your time or mine, I will, however, try to point you in the right direction of who might be able to assist you with your document signing needs. I am not afraid to not know something. I love researching and learning new things, if I do not know the answer, I will find it somewhere somehow. I love to learn new things. Most Mobile Notaries work outside the normal business hours of 9-5. Most work up to 24 hours a day.

Identification is required for each person participating in the Notarization. Acceptable forms of I.D. are:
State-Issued Driver's License or Identification Card,
U.S.Passport, or
Military I.D.
**All identification must be current, I cannot accept expired identification.
