- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing policy for mold remediation, as each project is unique. For air duct cleaning, water damage and structural drying we do have a pricing policy which we review with the customer before being hired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think it is very important to have open communication with the customer. Some companies take this for granted and feel they can do anything and everything on a project because they were hired. I like to give our customer an update each day starting with what we want to get accomplished and why and what we actually do get accomplished. I feel this keeps the customer involved in the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified in mold remediation, mold inspection and structural drying. The best training is hands on and we over the years have hundreds of projects that we have been involved in.
