Dan was wonderful! I just needed my garage door opener "maintained." There was no repair involved (although I would not hesitate to call Dan if I ever need one). He took the time to show me how to grease the wheels myself and also how to reboot a remote after replacing the battery (who knew you had to press a button on the unit on the ceiling??!!). I have already referred my daughter to Dan and recommend that everyone call Dan the Garagedoor Guy!

Extremely fast initial response. Dan picked up the phone right away to speak directly to me about our options. He was able to provide exactly what I wanted for an incredible price (while other installers were telling me the openers I wanted wouldn't work). We scheduled for the following week (other installers were 4-6 weeks out), and Dan's installer was at our house promptly the day of the install. Installation looks great, and the openers are working perfect! Dan was honest and professional, he will be our "go to" garage door guy from now on!

Easiest install ever, less than an hour! I contacted Dan and a couple days later I have a new garage door opener that actually works. He was super responsive and easy to communicate with, worked around my crazy schedule and was very accommodating. He even changed some light bulbs in my garage, not related to the opener. Would highly recommend for any service he provides!
