This is a review simply on the communication. I have no idea what the work product is like. We never got there. First communication was fine and they mentioned coming to quote next day. I asked for two days as we weren’t around. They said they’d get back to me the next day with a new time. Never heard back until I communicated again two days later for a new date. Another day is scheduled with a time for a quote. They no show. Another date is scheduled. Then the next day they inform me they aren’t taking any more clients and my appointment is cancelled. I don’t recommend reaching out to this team via Thumbtack. Worst communication and initial impression I’ve experienced on this app.

Hi Matthew, Your review is fair. We just have a lot of work right now and we’re unable to accommodate you for a free estimate. Thumbtack platform has been great to us and we encourage you to continue using it to find other painting professionals. However, right now we have more work than we can handle and thought the best decision was not to take on any more clients until we have completed what we have going on right now.
