First the man tried bullying me to let him come to my home, and had trouble understanding my answer was no! Second, two weeks later I'm still waiting for an answer on my returns. I called to find out answers to my questions and gives me two different answers. I'm about to lose my patience and call the police if doesn't come straight with me. Epic fail in my opinion. He Tell's he had a death in the family and this is the reason for the delay. HR block would been done in an hour. I detect deceptive lie's. I trusted this man with all my personal information. He's an older man and hard to believe he was a con. We'll see how ugly this gets. Screw me over nice guy will not be the memory you have of me.

As my profile states, I travel to meet all my clients and have done so for over 10 years. He is upset because he was not getting a huge refund, partially because he did not have health insurance for part of year, hence a penalty was due. He tried to get the NYS earned income tax credit because he pays child support and did not like it when I told him he earned too much to be eligible. As for the two different answers, that is because he gave me additional information which changed the end result. I have sent his material back to him and wish him luck getting the huge refund he thinks he should.

Mr. Raymond called as scheduled and gave me some ballpark numbers for my income tax liability. I will call him when I have all of my tax info. and set up an appt. with him. Everything went well.

Donald helped me file 4 years of taxes for an affordable fee. He was very prompt and kept me up to date every step of the way. He really works with his clients, he drove an hour + to deliver paperwork to me and was understanding about many things. Side note and major plus for me he also is tech savvy in the manner of receiving faxes and stuff to speed up this process that can often take so long. I would recommend this to anyone in a tough tax situation! Thanks !!

I worked with Donald E. Raymond from Keuka Business Services in order to prepare my taxes this year. The price- $80.00- was absolutely fantastic compared to the $300.00 I paid last year at H&R Block. I found Mr. Raymond to be personable, totally reliable, and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being an IRS Enrolled Agent I am required to get at least 16 hours of continuing education in the tax area every year with the caveat that over a 3 year period I must average 24 hours per year. In reality I average 28 to 30 hours each year because of the annual changes to the tax law.
