Introduction: I provide beginner guitar lessons and tips for performing live. I also share audio recording tips for beginners. I am a singer/songwriter and solo performer in my spare time. I believe in learning to play music from the first lesson, not reading notes out of a book or playing some rote strumming pattern. Music should be fun and creative not work. Walter began giving my 15 year old daughter beginner lessons last year. She continues to take lessons from him and enjoys it. Walter is a great teacher- fun, knowledgeable, interactive and engaging! He is able to teach her the songs she likes and really individualizes his approach. I would highly recommend Walter as a guitar instructor.
