- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I typically ask my client a few screening questions to learn more about what their specific needs are for their upcoming event. Then I offer suggestions as well as general packages we offer. After that, we work together to create a custom package that meets their needs and go from there! Once booked, I follow up a few times in the weeks/days leading up to your event to make sure there have been no changes and that all the details are finalized. I am also available for any questions/comments/concerns you may have throughout the entire process. Communication is key.

I am RAMP certified, Serve Safe Certified, and TIPS certified.
