What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can either do a contract job with a set price that is decided upon before the work is done, or for smaller projects it can be done on a "time and material" basis.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a very wide variety of construction work. I will do jobs as big as framing an entire new house, or as small as patching drywall and painting. The projects I enjoy most are additions, kitchen remodels, and bathrooms remodels.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to make sure you are hiring someone who really cares about your home and project. There are many contractors who do not respect their customers. I will make sure to treat your home as if it was my own.
