Denys came to troubleshoot and fix a broken dishwasher that we had. I was worried that we might have to replace the whole thing, but Denys spent time thinking and troubleshooting our problem and working towards a solution. He thoughtfully examined the appliance and was able to diagnose a few things wrong that contributed to the leaks we were having. Within 30 minutes he was able to fix the dishwasher and get it back working! A+ knowledge of craftsmanship - will definitely be calling Denys back for future work!

Denys did a great job fixing my washer. He came the next day of me calling him, knew what the problem was right away and ordered the part right there. The part came 2 days later and he immediately installed it. I definitely would call him again for any appliance work.

Denys did a good job repairing a clogged drain on my washer and I would use him again, but I did have a couple of problems. He was a no-show on the original appointment date/time and didn't contact me until 1.5 hours after the appointment time to tell me he needed to reschedule. English is not his first language and we had a little difficulty in communicating, although worked through it.
