I recently ordered and had a new washing machine installed and unfortunately the supplier was not able to install the drain hose. I reached out to BNK after attempting to fix the solution myself and they were extremely professional and responsive. They were able to complete the job, even after making a few trips for parts due to my homes improper piping and they even fixed and remapped the cold/hot water valves which were improperly installed. I would highly recommend BNK for any plumbing repair as they did an amazing and professional job.

The only place that was able to come same day during a downpour which caused my absent to flood due to a failed sump pump. They picked up the unit on the way to me and installed it within the hour. They helped sweep the excess water. Now I know who I will work with in the future for plumbing work

BNK Plumbing saved the day for me. I just purchased my first home and noticed a leak coming from the baseboard in my bathroom. I reached out to one of the more expensive pluming companies Roto Rooter and they quoted me a ridiculous amount. I contacted BNK on 4/13 and they came out on 4/14 and were able to schedule me immediately. Dean was so professional, polite and on time with completing the job. He sent me a video to show me what they did and the before and after of the clean up. Thumbtack only allows you to choose three qualities of the business, I would have chosen all if I could. If I could rate 10 stars I would. Definitely will use again.
