I recently ordered and had a new washing machine installed and unfortunately the supplier was not able to install the drain hose. I reached out to BNK after attempting to fix the solution myself and they were extremely professional and responsive. They were able to complete the job, even after making a few trips for parts due to my homes improper piping and they even fixed and remapped the cold/hot water valves which were improperly installed. I would highly recommend BNK for any plumbing repair as they did an amazing and professional job.

Dean and the team were pretty amazing from start to finish. On time, very professional and attentive to my needs. They did quick work on the stop valve install and then the toilet install and left the old toilet on the curb for the township. While I liked most was Deans personality, friendly and patient in answering my questions. Really cares about his clients. Will absolutely use BNK Plumbing for future projects.

Upon arriving they explained everything to me in details and thou the project had been not as quoted. They went above and beyond by making sure the project was done. They cleaned up afterwards, put my furniture back in place. Gave me a video of the completed project. They honored the original quote…the BEST customer service. I will be hiring for my next plumbing project.
