Justin was very responsive to calls and showed up at agreed upon time. In fact, I think he was early. We were very pleased with his assessment of the work that need to be done and his estimate. He did stay to help with screen door. Unfortunately, we had someone else lined up to do the siding, but will contact Justin for future projects. We also liked the fact that he is close by.

Justin and his crew were great . Very nice bunch of guys ,and very OCD . And I mean that in a good way . Justin is very easy to work with . Any suggestions and changes ,he was very willing to adapt to . I enjoyed watching them work . They could have fun and still do the best work . Every little detail was thought out and followed through . I love the looks of our back deck so much . They also spruced up our front porch . Great job all around .

I normally don’t do reviews as I always expect work to be done right. But I must make an exception. Justin and his team made a lasting impression not only on the outcome of my project, but just the way they worked. As hot as it was Justin was here when he said he would be. I noticed they took there time, nothing was rushed and his crew was very polite and respectful. Justin explained things very well, and didn’t show any negativity on questions I would ask. And there were quite many. The end result was better than anticipated. So not only a job well done, but I can’t stress enough how the group worked. No horsing around, and job done to my satisfaction. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free estimates and always keep the customer informed if there are any changes. My pricing is standard. In other words, anyone who calls for an identical project will get the same price. Most of the time I need to see the location to give you an accurate price, because things like the size and ground quality of the lawn, the location, etc. sometimes change prices. However, I am always willing to give a very rough estimate over the phone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to the customer at length and see the property in question before giving a firm estimate. It's important for me to know exactly what the customer is looking for so that I can give the customer exactly what they want. Communication is very important.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands on experience in construction, specializing in remodeling and custom construction.
