Rock's Kung Fu

Introduction: I'm offering classes in wing tsun kung fu. Wing tsun is no-nonsense, real-world self-defense. Designed to end confrontations as soon as they start, wing tsun is a soft style (like tai chi) but very aggressive. It was invented by a woman and is handy for people of all sizes and abilities, not just athletic types. We rely on proper position and reactionary training rather than patterned attacks and hard blocking, so eliminating the need to stop and think of the appropriate response. Often, if you have to stop and think, it's too late. So, check it out! Get in shape and have fun while learning effective self-defense. My name is Si Hing Joe Rock. I'm a member of IWTA/NAS (International Wing Tsun Association/North American Section), so my students are required to be also. I'm offering free introductory classes. Students can pay by the class ($10 per class) or by the month ($40/four classes or $60/eight classes). Students must purchase a uniform, but it is not required to begin, so no rush.
