Introduction: I will cook or bake for you. I am specializing in soul food and desserts (Northeast PA). Hello, my name is Asia. I will come and cook or bake for you. For instance, if you’re having a big dinner, a baby shower, or a bridal shower, or you just don't feel like cooking and you want to try something different, I'm the one for you. I specialize in soul food (fried chicken, baked turkey, fried green tomatoes, baked macaroni and cheese, candied yams, collard greens, cabbage, deep fried turkey wings, sweet potato honey cornbread stuffing, apple gravy porkchops, and more), but I can make regular stuff too like spaghetti, steak, and baked tilapia. I also specialize in desserts. I make about 20 different cakes (Oreo cake, chocolate chip cookie cake, blue velvet cake, red velvet, banana pudding cake, cotton candy cake, pina colada surprise cake, sweet potato cake, carrot cake, and sock it to me pistachio pound cake, just to name a few. I also make pies: sweet potato cheese cake pie and banana pineapple cream pie. The list goes on and on. I just love to cook! My prices are very reasonable. We can work something out, and I can either bring the food cooked to you or either come and cook it at your place. Whichever works for you, we can work it out! I want you to know that I do have my ServeSafe certificate, and I was in the Scranton Times for winning the flavor of the week contest, for my delicious "fried green tomatoes."
