FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our fees for service are based on the particular needs of the client. Since each investigation is unique and no case can be a carbon copy of any other case, operations will vary depending on requirements. Our fees, therefore cannot be locked into one fee fits all, because that simply cannot be feasible. This is why we take great interest in what the client requires so we can come up with a price for his/her specific needs. Our investigations are tailored to the specific needs of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client sets up an appointment and we meet, we will discuss the particulars of the case in question. Based on the information presented to us we will advise the client as to what we can do to assist him/her and what their part (if any) may be. We furnish a contract and review same so that the client has a complete understanding relative to the job we will be preforming and the cost and details of same. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, we begin our assignment. While working the case the client is always kept up-to-date on the progress we are making and we always give the client the option to continue or conclude the investigation as he/she might choose. As per the contract, we never go beyond the stated hours and amounts agreed upon without consulting with the client first. We gather the facts and present them to the client in the form of a written report at the end of the investigation.
