Jerry built my house and professional office building in Juniata County. Each job was completed in approximately 4 months. What impressed me most was Jerry's attention to detail and the way he always listened to our concerns. Jerry went out of his way to make sure we were happy but most important to get the job done right. Everything went so well that I am proud to say Jerry became one of my best friends and still helps me today with any problems I have.

Jerry built our home in 1996. It was completed on time and throughout the process, he worked very closely with my husband in listening to what he wanted. He helped with the details in choosing the right counter, flooring, heat, etc., so that he could feel confident that this would be his home for many many years. I would highly recommend him to give you your dream home.

I purchased a home constructed by Jerry Leach. The home is now 15 years old and it is still like new. Clearly all the materials and workmanship are high quality as we have had no problems or maintenance issues with the home and we could not be happier about that. The attention to detail is obvious throughout the home and I would highly recommend this builder to anyone looking to build today!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not throw around square foot price estimates, therefore our "custom quotes" take a little longer, but are an exact cost that you can count on.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a FREE site visit, consultation, and estimate. Also depending upon the scope of work and the size of the project we often include a set of prints and 3-D drawings of the project, also at no charge, before any contract is drafted or signed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Green Professional, Building Code Official, Residential building inspector. Energy code consultant
