My pricing system is based on Reasonable Rates and Reliable Repairs usually by the square foot Based on type of job and square footage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the costumer either over the phone in person or online. Pay very close attention to what the customer needs and wants and provide the best service to get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20yrs in the interior business experienced in interior renovations and repairs including painting plumbing electric and Cleaning. I have worked for many companies as facilities Manager for example Micro Office in Manhattan New York where i manged over 500 office's insuring all repairs and renovations where executed properly if not i would take care of it personally. Experienced in the Hospitality business working for Kalahari Resorts with over 900 rooms and lots of comm area My cleaning services and painting are what we specialize in now treating our costumers like part of the Family witch we are a Family owned business.
