My pricing is 25 dollars an hour basically. If I know your flooring and baths.....I'm usually pretty close with my quote.

We have used Nicole for a number of years now and very satisfied. Finding a person that you are comfortable inviting into the privacy of your home and trusting with all the contents is a hard thing and we are blessed Nicole is here. She shows up on time. She gets the job done in a professional way. Nicole is a very hard worker. Her rate is more then fair. We use her for our home and have rentals that get trashed by folks here for Penn State events and they are perfect for the very next day.
