Our average job is weekly or bi-weekly residential cleanings. We service most of Washington, Fayette and Greene Counties.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before letting anyone in your home on a regular basis for cleaning, I would recommend making sure they are background checked, that they are licensed and bonded. Make sure the scope of work is defined and written down. Make sure the paperwork states whether you are getting a weekly, bi-weekly or one time clean and what does that include? Be clear on the pricing! Are you hiring employees or sub-contractors? Who supplies the cleaning products?
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Do not clean before we come, you have entrusted us with the cleaning of your home. We want to come in. clean it and give you that "wow" experience. We are there to make life a little easier and give you time to focus on other areas of your life.
